Gold Resource Corporation (NYSE:GORO) announced that it will hold its annual meeting of shareholders at 8:00 a.m. Mountain Time on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at The Mining Exchange, a Wyndham Grand Hotel, located at 8 South Nevada Avenue, Colorado Springs, CO 80903.

The Company has returned $108 million to shareholders in monthly dividends since commercial production began July 1, 2010, and offers shareholders the option to convert their cash dividends into physical gold and silver and take delivery.
The Company has fixed the close of business on April 8, 2016 as the record date for determining shareholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the annual meeting and any adjournments or postponements thereof. Additional information, including details of the business to be conducted at the meeting, will be included in the Company’s Notice of Annual Meeting and Proxy Statement, to be sent to shareholders and filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
