GMV Minerals Inc. (TSXV:GMV) announced the clarification to the news release issued earlier today by Guyana Frontier Corp. (TSXV:GYG).

As quoted in the press release:

………nothing in the transfer and assignment of Guyana Frontier Corp.’s rights to Guyana Au Corp. alters or changes the economic terms for or the rights of GMV Minerals to earn a 100% interest in the exploration claims under the original agreement as originally announced April 9, 2010.
