GMV Minerals Inc. (TSXV:GMV) announced that it has received a detailed interpretation of its airborne geophysics on the Puruni-Mara block, Guyana.
As quoted in the press release:
The geophysical interpretation of the entire Puruni-Mara block includes analysis of the structural complexity based on aeromagnetics; this analysis has identified an additional 10 target areas in which significant structural disruption occurs adjacent to the dominant and regional Puruni shear zone. Each newly identified structure covers a distance of 2-5 kilometres. Known mineralization at both Peter’s Mine and Million Mountain have provided an excellent correlation of the analysis’ results. These new discovery target areas are a priority and will be aggressively explored in 2011/2012.
