Precious MetalsMountain Lake Resources Inc.(TSXV:MOA) announced the resignation of its president Gary Woods today. Mr.Woods also served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Mountain Lake Resources Inc. The Company announced replacements for all three positions.

As quoted in the press release:
Effective immediately, Allen Sheito, Chairman and Director of the Company, will assume the offices of President and Chief Executive Officer on an interim basis. The Company also announces the appointment of Paul Smith as Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately.
