Fancamp Exploration Ltd. (TSXV:FNC) announced receiving the first set of assay results from its ongoing diamond drill program at the Lac Lamêlée South Iron Project. The Company has completed over 11,000 metres in 33 drill holes to date at the project. Fancamp hopes to complete the drill program in November 2012 and is aiming to complete a Mineral Resource estimate in Summer, 2013.
Highlights of the results include:
- Best Assay Interval of 302 Metres Grading 28.08% Fe(T) (40.07% Fe2O3) in Drill Hole LS-12-06
- Drill Program Expanded by 2,500 Metres to Test Further Strike and Down-Dip Potential
