Coronet Metals Inc. (TSXV:CRF,OTCQX:CORMF,FWB:2CM) closed its non-brokered private placement for aggegate gross proceeds of $675,850. 13,517,000 units were issued at a price of $0.05 per unit.
As quoted in the press release:
Each unit is comprised of one common share (each, a “Share”) and one common share purchase warrant (each, a “Warrant”) entitling the holder to purchase one additional Share (a “Warrant Share”) of Coronet at $0.10 at any time for a period of two years from the closing date of the Private Placement.
