Coral Gold Resources Ltd. (TSXV:CLH,OTCBB:CLHRF) announced a private placement for $750,000.
Coral Gold Resources Ltd. (TSXV:CLH,OTCBB:CLHRF) announced a private placement for $750,000.
As quoted in the press release:
The Company will place up to 5,000,000 units at a price of $0.15 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant exercisable at a price of $0.20 per warrant for a period of 24 months. In the event that, after four months and one day after the closing of the Offering, the volume weighted average trading price of the Company’s common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange, exceeds C$0.30 for a period of 15 consecutive trading days, the Company may, after such event, provide notice to the warrant holders of early expiry and thereafter, the Warrants will expire on the date which is 30 days after the date of notice to warrant holders.
