Consolidated Spire Ventures Ltd. announced that it has entered into negotiations to acquire gold prospects in Tanzania. As soon as terms can be agreed upon, a news release announcing the details will be issued.
The press release is quoted as saying:
Brian Buchanan, President of Spire states, “If we are able complete a deal in Tanzania it could add significant value to Spire. When you look at the market’s clear interest in Tanzania, we are certainly motivated to acquire gold prospects in the region, especially in the light of how the market has embraced companies such as Canaco Resources Inc. (TSXV: CAN) that recently announced significant gold grades in Tanzania and, this week, announced a $20 million bought deal. Management is optimistic that an agreement can be completed”
