Comstock Provides Correction to Information Circular

Comstock Metals (TSXV:CSL) (“Comstock” or the “Company”) wishes to provide a correction to the information contained in its management information circular for the 2018 annual and special meeting of shareholders to be held on May 16, 2018. In the table on page of 11 of such circular the number of shares of the Company beneficially owned or controlled by Robert Luffman indicated 2,500,000 shares. This number should have read 5,000 common shares.
