Colombian Mines Amends Agreement to Acquire Rocky Mountain Mining
ANCOUVER, BC–(Marketwired – November 02, 2016) – Colombian Mines Corporation (TSXV:CMJ) announces, that the Company and privately held Rocky Mountain Mining (“RMM”) of Aurora, Colorado have amended the Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) previously announced by press release on July 14, 2016, whereby the 1,700,000 share purchase warrants to be issued to RMM shareholders will have an exercise price of $0.17 per share for the initial term up to 24 months after the grant of warrants.
