Chalice Gold Mines Ltd. (TSX:CXN,ASX:CHN) and Coventry Resources Inc. (TSXV:CYY,ASX:CYY) announced Wednesday that Chalice has completed its acquisition of a 100-percent interest in the Ontario-based Cameron gold project.
As quoted in the press release:
46 million shares in Chalice will be distributed directly to Coventry shareholders on a pro rata basis on or around 7Â February 2014.
