The press release is quoted as saying:
The first placement consisted of 5,000,000 Units priced at $1.00 for total gross proceeds of $5,000,000. Each Unit consists of one common share and one half warrant. Each whole warrant will be exercisable for one common share at $1.30 for a period of eighteen months following the closing.
