Caza Gold Corp. (TSXV:CZY) reports that it has closed a non-brokered private placement equity financing of CDN$8.15 million.

The press release is quoted as saying:

The private placement consists of 16.3 million units priced at CDN$0.50 per unit. Each unit includes one common share and one-half common share purchase warrant. Each full warrant may be converted into one common share upon payment of CDN$0.70 within an 18 month period from the closing date.
