Carpathian Gold Receives Forbearance Period Extension

Carpathian Gold Inc. (TSX:CPN) announced Tuesday that the forbearance period for a project finance facility between its subsidiary, Mineração Riacho dos Machados Ltda., and Macquarie Bank has been extended until February 7, 2014.

As quoted in the press release:

There is no assurance that Macquarie will agree to any further extension of the forbearance nor that it will permit MRDM to draw down the balance of the funds available under the Agreement.
