Calico Resources Corp. (TSXV:CKB,OTCQX:CVXHF) announced that it has mobilized a second drill rig to its Grassy Mountain project.
As quoted in the press release:
This seasons’ drill program commenced August 11th with one drill rig and has concentrated on further defining and expanding the high-grade underground potential at Grassy Mountain. The second drill rig commenced drilling on Tuesday October 4thto insure completion of the program as scheduled.
The Company has completed its initial evaluation and comparison of the historic Core Drilling with the historic Reverse Circulation (R/C) drilling and determined that the correlation of the results produced by the two drilling techniques to be very high. Due to the high correlation between historic Core Drilling and R/C drilling the additional drill will be a Reverse Circulation type rig. The ratio of Core footage to R/C footage in this current program will be determined over the next several weeks.
