Calico Resources Corp.(TSXV:CKB) announced the closing of its previously announced private placement. The Company closed the March 26th announced placement for gross proceeds of $1,922,700.The proceeds from the placement will be used for exploration and development of Calico’s Grassy Mountain project.
As quoted in the press release:
The total gross proceeds raised in this placement amount to $1,922,700. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant. Each full warrant is exercisable into one additional common share at a price of $0.50 per share for a period of two years, expiring April 25, 2014.
