Bravo Gold Corp. (TSXV:BVG,FRA:B6I) announced that the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement is now closed.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Proceeds from the private placement will be used to fund exploration programs on the Homestake Ridge, Kinskuch and Silver Basin Properties in British Columbia.
