Bayfield Ventures arranges a non-brokered private placement

Bayfield Ventures Corp. (TSX VENTURE:BYV) (FRANKFURT:B4N) reported that the company has arranged a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $2,502,500 by the issuance of up to 7,150,000 flow-through units at a price of $0.35 per FT Unit.
