Banyan Gold Arranges $750,000 Private Placement

Banyan Gold Corp. (TSXV:BYN) announced it has engaged Red Cloud Klondike Strike Inc. to complete a $750,000 brokered private placement financing on the newly created on-line mining investment platform.
Funds raised from the financing will be applied to the evaluation of acquisitions, general and administrative costs, and exploration on Banyan’s flagship Hyland project.
