Amerix Precious Metals (TSXV:APM) has announced amended terms to their private placement, originally announced October 19, 2010. The new terms are for 15,000,000 units priced at $0.07 including a share and a full warrant priced at $0.11 for two years. There is a forced exercise on the warrant if APM trades at $0.25 or higher for ten consecutive days.
The release states that proceeds of the financing will be used to continue exploration on APM’s Limão gold project in Brazil.
