The press release is quoted as saying:
A total of 50 million units were sold, at a price of $0.35 per unit, for gross proceeds of $17.5 million. Each unit consists of one common share and one half of one warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder to purchase a further common share at a price of $0.45 per common share at any time until July 21, 2012. The warrants will not be listed for trading.
