Allan E. Levien, Dennis M. Vigouret and Sean Marsden Elected Directors at the Supreme Resources Ltd. 2011 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Allan E. Levien, Dennis M. Vigouret and Sean Marsden were elected directors of Supreme Resources Ltd. (TSXV:SPR,OTCBB:SPRWF) at its 2011 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Friday, December 9, 2011.

As quoted in the press release:

Shareholders also approved the appointment of MNP LLP, Chartered Accountants, Chartered Accountants, as auditors of the Company and continuation of the Company’s 10% rolling stock option plan.

Immediately after the Meeting, the Board of Directors appointed the following officers of the Company:
Allan E. Levien: President and Chief Executive Officer Sean Marsden: Chief Financial Officer and Secretary

Allan E. Levien, Sean Marsden and Dennis M. Vigouret were appointed members of the Audit Committee for the ensuing year, of which Allan E. Levien is Chair.
