Adamera Minerals (TSXV:ADZ) has initiated a helicopter-borne magnetic/VTEM survey on its Cooke Mountain project in Washington state designed to target high-grade gold deposits along two trends.
As quoted in the press release:

Along these trends, gold deposits occur in specific horizons and coincides with zones of massive sulphide and sulphide veins. Past producing deposits in the area include the Lamefoot, Overlook, Key West, Key East and Belcher mines which have produced over a million ounces of gold.
Mark Kolebaba President and CEO of Adamera states “This is a very significant milestone for the company. Our team has worked extremely hard to get to this point in the project. Based on our current knowledge, we are confident that this geophysical method will detect the blind gold deposits we are targeting and since we expect these deposits to occur as clusters along these trends, we are excited to be the first to apply this geophysical method to the region”
The magnetic and electromagnetic data, detailed soil geochemistry, alteration / structural mapping and AMT data will be used to define drill targets. Drilling can be conducted all year-round regardless of season in this part of Washington State.
