Algold Resources Ltd. (TSXV:ALG) announced that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of a minimum of 30 million units at a price of $0.10 per Unit for minimum aggregate gross proceeds to the Corporation of $3 million. Each Unit will consist of one common share of Algold and one common share purchase warrant, with each Warrant entitling the holder thereof to acquire one additional Share at a price of $0.15 for a period of 24 months from the Closing Date.
The proceeds of the Offering will be used to carry on work on Algold’s mineral properties and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
