As a result of this transaction, Pinetree held, as at January 9, 2013, an aggregate of 904,700 common shares of Laurentian, including the Common Shares, and rights to acquire an additional 550,000 common shares of Laurentian upon exercise of certain convertible securities, including the Warrants (the “Convertible Securities”).
