Pinetree Capital Ltd. Acquires Securities of Compass Gold Corporation

Pinetree Capital Ltd. (TSX:PNP), announced that on November 24, 2011, it acquired ownership of 3,385,000 common shares and 3,385,000 common share purchase warrants of Compass Gold Corporation.

As quoted in the press release:

As a result of this transaction, Pinetree held, as at November 24, 2011, an aggregate of 6,385,000 common shares of Compass Gold, including the Common Shares, and rights to acquire an additional 4,885,000 common shares of Compass Gold upon exercise of certain convertible securities, including the Warrants.
