Pinetree Capital Ltd. Acquires Securities of Caldera Resources Inc.

Pinetree Capital Ltd. (TSX:PNP) reported that on April 19, 2010, that the company has acquired ownership of 1,500,000 common shares and 1,500,000 common share purchase warrants of Caldera Resources Inc.
