Pinetree Capital Acquires Securities of Cline Mining

Pinetree Capital Ltd. (TSX:PNP) reported that the company acquired ownership of 3,000,000 common shares and 1,500,000 common share purchase warrants of Cline Mining Corp. on Feb 10,2010.
