Pinetree Capital Acquires Securities of Calypso Uranium Corp.

Pinetree Capital Ltd. (TSX:PNP) reported that on April 14, 2010, it has acquired ownership of 605,000 common shares of Calypso Uranium Corp. through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange representing approximately 1.2% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of Calypso as of April 14, 2010.
