As a result of this transaction, Pinetree and its joint actors collectively held, as at December 14, 2011, an aggregate of 6,250,000 common shares of Salmon River, including the Common Shares, or approximately 14.2% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of Salmon River as of December 14, 2011. Of these totals, Pinetree owns 3,250,000 common shares, including the Common Shares, directly, or approximately 7.4% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of Salmon River as of December 14, 2011.
