Pinetree Capital Ltd.(TSX:PNP) announced its acquisition of 500,000 common shares of International Northair Mines Ltd. The Company has now acquired approximately 0.7% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of Northair.
As quoted in the press release:
As a result of this transaction, Pinetree and its joint actor collectively held, as at February 28, 2012, an aggregate of 9,845,500 common shares of Northair, including the Common Shares, and rights to acquire an additional 1,000,000 common shares of Northair upon exercise of certain convertible securities.
