Pinetree acquires 1.25 million common shares of Ginguro Exploration

Pinetree Capital ( has acquired ownership of 1.25 million common shares and 625,000 common share purchase warrants of Ginguro Exploration.

Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one additional common share at a price of $0.7 until December 11, 2011. In the event that the Warrants are fully exercised, these holdings represent approximately 4.5% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of Ginguro as of July 2, 2010, calculated on a partially diluted basis assuming the exercise of the Warrants only.
