Pacific Booker Minerals’ Court Judgement Unchallenged

Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. (TSXV:BKM,NYSEMKT:PBM) reported no challenge at the end of the 30 day period for the BC Government to challenge the December 9, 2013 BC Supreme Court decision.
As quoted in the press release:

The Company had challenged the October 1, 2012 decision by the BC Government to refuse to issue an Environmental Assessment Certificate for the Morrison Project. In the Court decision, the Court found that the Minister’s decision failed to comport with the requirements of procedural fairness and ordered that the Ministers’ decision be quashed and set aside, and that the application be remitted to the current Ministers for reconsideration.
