NioCorp Developments Ltd. (TSXV:NB) closed the first tranche of its brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $927,992 by issuing 6,186,612 common shares, at a price of $0.15 per share.
As quoted in the press release:
…closed the first tranche of its brokered private placement financing, previously announced on September 23, 2013 (the “First Tranche”), for gross proceeds of US$927,992.
The First Tranche consisted of the issuance of 6,186,612 common shares (the “Shares”) at a price of US$0.15 per Share.
The Company paid a cash commission of US$9,604 to Northland Securities, Inc. in connection with subscriptions received in the First Tranche.
