Paquette noted that the supply and demand fundamentals for uranium are “very positive,” but what investors should really pay attention to is the correlation between uranium and oil prices.

“When oil goes way up, you find that uranium kind of follows. So, you’ve got to take that into account as well,” he said. “It just so happens that oil looks like it’s kind of flattening out, too. So, I kind of like uranium play here now.”
