Drawing from PwC’s recent report on M&A, Nyholt predicts that when considering big acquisitions, companies will be more cautious in 2013 than they have in previous years. However, he believes China could make some moves in the gold and copper sectors, and predicts that the uranium space could heat up for M&A.
