PT Timah (TINS) : At least seven smelters plan to resume tin exports from Indonesia after PT Koba Tin shipped metal during an export ban. Koba Tin exported 400 metric tons to Singapore on Nov. 26, the first overseas shipment since September, a company spokesman said Nov. 28. Companies had agreed on Nov. 23 to keep their ban on spot exports until the end of this year. Timah, Indonesia’s biggest tin producer, rose 1.2 percent to 1,740 rupiah.
