    The story is quoted as saying:

    The Perak Government has also enacted the Mineral Act that protects explorers and mining rights given the highly capital intensive nature of the mining business, he told StarBiz via email. Citing Ho Wah Genting Bhd’s unit HWG Tin Mining Sdn Bhd, he said the company could ultimately help to stimulate Perak’s gross domestic product (GDP) once the mine commenced its production.
