Malaysia Tin Prices Averaging Higher for the Week

Platts reported tin prices are averaging higher for the week on the Kuala Lumpur Tin Market.

As quoted in the market news:

The KLTM price averaged $20,186/mt this week, up 2.7% from the previous week, tracking higher tin prices at above $20,000/mt on the London Metal Exchange.

A KLTM source said the Malaysian domestic tin price had been rising steadily this week and buying interest had also picked up significantly.
