ITRI Happy With DRC Decision to Lift Mining Ban, Wary of Outcome

Platts reports that ITRI is pleased to know that the government of the Democratic Republic of Congo decided to lift the mining suspension in the provinces of North and South Kivu and Maniema since early September 2010.
