Huanuni Tin Miners plan to strike from Jan 3

Steel Guru.com reports that there is a strike planned for workers at Bolivia’s state run Huanuni in reaction to high fuel prices.

The newspaper said that about 4,600 workers at state mining company Comibol’s Huanuni mine will hold protest marches in the Bolivian capital after President Evo Morales’ government Dec. 26 increased fuel prices by as much as 82%
