Base Metals Fall to New Lows on Strong Dollar

Mining Weekly reported base metals slid as a stronger dollar put pressure on prices.

The market news is quoted as saying,

Across base metals, tin prices fell steeply, down more than 5% to a session low of $20 550/t, before recovering slightly to trade at $20 650.
