THEMAC Receives Final Approvals, Common Shares to Trade on Tier 2 of the TSX Venture Exchange

THEMAC Resources Group Limited (TSXV:MAC.H) announced that the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted its acquisition of the Copper Flat porphyry copper-molybdenum-gold-silver deposit.

Effective on March 18, 2011 the Company’s Tier classification will change, and the Company’s common shares will commence trading on Tier 2 of the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol MAC.
