Slow Moly Trade Dampens Hopes of Higher Prices

Platts reported that weak molybdenum trade stemmed hopes that prices would recover.

As quoted in the market news:

Spot moly oxide prices have been falling for 11 weeks in a row. Platts daily moly oxide dealer prices stood at $12.90-13/lb Tuesday, down from $14.20-14.30/lb on April 12.
