Molycor Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement

Molycor Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE:MOR)(PINK SHEETS:MLYFF)(FRANKFURT:M1V) reported that it is raising by way of Non-Brokered Private Placement, up to $840,000 through the issuance of up to 12,000,000 units at a price of $0.07 per Unit.
