As quoted in the market news:

Jia, speaking at the 8th China Molybdenum Annual Conference held in Xian City over the weekend, said moly is unlikely be positioned as the main resource target the government wants to protect as the country has excess supply.

“China’s moly reserve volume is one third of the world… interest in its protection will not rise,” Jia said.
