In PRB 8,800, Platts assessed February up 20 cents to $12.20/st, March up 15 cents to $12.40/st, Q2 unchanged at $12.75/st, Q3 unchanged at $12.95/st, Q3 unchanged at $13.15/st and Cal 2013 unchanged at $14.50/st.
