TurkPower Makes Russian Coal Property Acquisition

TurkPower Corporation (OTCBB:TRKP) announced it has agreed to acquire coking coal inventory and a coal property in Russia.

As quoted in the press release:

As part of the transaction the Company receives inventory of coking coal worth in excess of $20 million, which the Company expects to ship in the first quarter of 2012.
