Thelon Capital Ltd. (CVE:THC) reports that William A. Cousins has joined the board of Directors and will act as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the company.
The press release is quoted as saying:
Mr. Cousins, who is Managing Director of Clear Fork Mining, brings the company over 30 years proven management experience, and local knowledge in all stages of mine planning, permitting, leasing, and day-to-day mine operations in the Appalachian coal industry.
Thelon’s President, Jason Walsh says:
“We welcome Tony to the board, and his appointment as chief operating officer. Tony has been an integral part of Thelon’s development to date and we are privileged to have the opportunity to continue to work with him as we grow the company’s operating and coal reserves in the Appalachian coal basin.”
