Cerrejon, owned by BHP, Anglo American Plc and Glencore Xstrata Plc, will produce 33.6 million metric tons, Luis Meneses, vice president of operations, said in an e-mailed response to questions sent by Bloomberg. The company’s previous target was 34 million tons, with the shortfall attributed to rains in September.
